On 2006, Jerónimo founded Smart Precise Solutions, Inc. (formerly Jero Management Group, Inc.) to provide Project and Construction Management support to Manufacturing Industries in Puerto Rico.
Jerónimo’s experience on the Multinational Industries in the Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical, Chemical Plants (API) and Medical Devices with strong background of increasingly responsibilities in top management positions. His career has been developed since the full start-up of a new biotechnology plant, implementation of continuous improvement opportunity programs, capacity increase in chemical plants and be part of the strategic management and implementation team to release one of the biggest pharmaceutical company from a consent decree.
Jerónimo has a strong background and knowledge in compliance with Industrial Policies and Procedures, Good Manufacturing Practices, Engineering, Safety and Environmental Local & Federal Regulations. He is highly focused and oriented to Quality, Performance, Change Management, Teamwork, Innovation and Customer Satisfaction.
